Responsibilities
- Manage a family law caseload from consultation through resolution.
- Represent clients in hearings, mediations, settlement conferences, and trials.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, settlement agreements, and related legal documents.
- Provide practical, compassionate legal counsel.
- Work collaboratively with attorneys and support staff.
- Maintain accurate billing and case management.
Qualifications
- Active Utah State Bar license in good standing.
- Two to seven years of legal experience preferred.
- Family law experience preferred.
- Excellent writing, litigation, and communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and sound professional judgment.
- Judicial clerkship experience and prior family law litigation experience are welcomed but not required.
