Greg M. Riley serves as the Client Relations Manager at Schmidt Law Firm, where he is often one of the first points of contact for prospective clients. He is dedicated to ensuring that every individual who reaches out feels welcomed, heard, and supported from the very beginning. Greg understands that contacting a family law firm can feel overwhelming, and he works to make those first conversations clear, calm, and informative.
Greg focuses on creating a positive and reassuring experience throughout each client’s journey with the firm. He helps answer questions, guides clients through next steps, and works closely with the legal team to ensure communication is timely and thoughtful. With a deep appreciation for the personal nature of family law matters, Greg is committed to supporting clients with empathy and steadiness as they navigate significant life transitions.
In addition to his client-facing role, Greg collaborates with firm leadership on initiatives that support thoughtful planning and a strong client experience. His background in business management, real estate, and finance — including experience with property and facilities planning — allows him to contribute to decisions that help the firm continue serving families in a professional and comfortable environment.
Greg is known for his approachable style and genuine care for people. He believes that trust, responsiveness, and clear communication are essential to helping clients feel confident during difficult times.
Outside of the office, Greg enjoys spending time with his family, skiing Utah’s powder on winter “pow days,” traveling, boating, biking, and spending time in Palm Springs with his wife as they enjoy life as empty nesters. He also values community involvement and has spent time supporting students in special education programs.
Greg welcomes prospective clients to reach out and is committed to helping them feel comfortable and supported as they take the next steps.
