Ruby is a compassionate and detail-oriented office manager and legal assistant. She is the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they feel heard and supported during what can be one of the most challenging times in their lives. She manages communications, coordinates schedules, and handles financial tasks with precision and care, ensuring the firm’s operations run seamlessly.

Growing up at the base of Big Cottonwood Canyon, Ruby developed a love for skiing and an appreciation for the serenity of nature. This balance of focus and resilience translates into her professional life as she supports both clients and the legal team with unwavering dedication.

Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minor in French at the University of Utah, Ruby combines her academic background with her customer service expertise to assist clients effectively. Her blend of confidence and empathy helps her connect with clients on a personal level, ensuring they feel supported and guided throughout their legal journey. Ruby’s goal is to provide a welcoming and organized environment where clients feel empowered to take the next steps forward.
